Introducing
The bare ass minimum business
Virtual
gathering
exploring an entrepreneurial framework
for people in recovery.
Wednesday April 10, 2024
1PM - 3PM EST
Bare minimum facts
(1) We are all recovering from something.(2) Recovery requires energy.(3) Energy is never created nor destroyed; the flow can quicken or slow down.(4) A quick flow approach carries urgency and prioritizes productivity. Elements such as burn out invite a sudden necessary slow flow temporarily or indefinitely.(5) An intentional slow flow approach is mindful of personal energy levels and mental capacity while transitioning through recovery and more - simply kind, self-loving and most importantly sustainable.
If you're still reading - this virtual gathering is for you. We will explore how to apply the bare ass minimum (BAM) concept to entrepreneurship, for people in ANY type of recovery. BAM business planning is a method of harm reduction inspired by business owners recovering from brain injury.Join us March 20th at 1PM EST to learn more about this framework and meet other entrepreneurs who wish to apply this concept to their own business and consider joining the Creatives In Recovery w/ Care Under Stress (C.I.R.C.U.S.) Collective! We can help each other be kinder to ourselves and distribute our energy effectively. At this point, it's the least we can do, or, the bare ass minimum.See you soon,Cara
